Fred joined the firm in 2023. His practice areas focus on construction law, land use, business transactions, environmental and regulatory compliance, and civil litigation. Prior to coming to the practice of law, he operated a construction business specializing in high performance/low-energy building practices. He also worked in the ski industry as avalanche professional, guiding backcountry ski trips in Idaho and helicopter skiing in northeastern Nevada.

Fred attended the University of Idaho College of Law where he graduated summa cum laude and served as an editor for the Idaho Law Review. He is a current board member of the McCall Winter Sports Club. Fred enjoys spending time with his family on the Salmon River and skiing in the mountains around McCall.
