Jeanne has had an extensive legal career in a number of different roles.  She received her undergraduate degree from the University of the Pacific and post-graduate Litigation Paralegal Certificate from the University of San Diego.  Jeanne worked as a litigation paralegal, earned her law degree from Newport University School of Law, and became an attorney licensed in California and Idaho while working 20 years for a prestigious Boise law firm.

For a change of pace, Jeanne went in-house as an attorney for an international engineering and construction company in 2005.  There she worked with executive and operational leaders balancing legal and corporate compliance needs with business and financial objectives.  She managed a complex civil litigation docket involving private and government construction and engineering contract disputes, insurance claims and defense, professional liability, employment law, toxic tort, personal injury and wrongful death claims, and health, safety and environmental regulation in federal and state courts and administrative forums throughout the United States.

Jeanne’s current practice focuses on general civil litigation involving business and commercial law, real estate, construction, personal injury, product liability, professional malpractice, insurance, employment and probate.  She strives to provide efficient, quality services with an emphasis on alternative dispute resolution and negotiated resolutions when practical and in the best interests of clients.

Jeanne and her husband, Steve, relocated to McCall to take advantage of the year-round active outdoor lifestyle and the beautiful setting. Together they enjoy hiking, mountain biking, paddling, snowshoeing, and downhill skiing.  They also enjoy various creative and artistic pursuits.
